Placing Orders & Lead Time

Once order is placed, our staffs will process the orders in 1-2 working days. After which, we will slot you in our earliest delivery slot, which typically takes 4-5 working days.
For project and large quantity orders, kindly contact us directly so we can better facilitate your requirements and provide the best offer.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and assembly will be handled by our own staffs.
We offer free delivery for office tables and cabinets.

Due to the ease of transport, we recommend collecting our folding tables and office chairs at our Eunos warehouse during our working hours. Kindly ensure pick up vehicle will be able to accommodate the products purchased.

If you prefer to have them delivered, we do offer delivery at a charge of $60.00/trip. (Free for 15pcs and above - not including special clearance area e.g. airport cargo, Jurong Island, Sentosa, army camps)

Payment Mode

We prefer payments by Bank Transfer/PayNow.

Warranty

Warranty for Office Chairs

Warranty period
Our chairs are covered under warranty of a period of 6 months upon delivery of goods.

Covered under warranty:
- Defects in the manufacturing of materials leading to loss of functionality of the chairs.
- Defects in the functionality of hydraulics, armrests functionality, and casters.

Not covered under warranty:
- Warranty period has expired
- Usage of chairs outside of product specifications (maximum weight class - dependant on chair models)
- Product misused outside of standard operating provisions, improper maintenance, self-repair, or tampering.
- Wear & tear. Creaking sounds will not be covered due to the property of the wooden base used for the chairs.
- Products purchased under promotional price.

Process of warranty inspection/replacement
You may contact us @ 8200 7312 for assistance and our staffs will advise over the phone. Alternatively, you may bring the chairs down to 1010 Eunos Avenue 6 #01-24 during office hours Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM (Do avoid lunch hour 12PM-1PM).
Kindly allow us 1-3 working days for our technicians to schedule in an inspection and/or rectifications should you choose to do so afterwards.
If the cause is deemed to be non user-inflicted, repairs will be done free-of-charge.
Should the products be deemed to be not covered under our warranty, standard replacement charges will be applied (based on items that require changing).
